By accessing or using this website/app ("Block Blast"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2) Service Description
Block Blast is an entertainment game delivered through your browser. Some features may require signing in via Pi Browser using the Pi SDK.
3) Pi Network Sign-in
When you sign in using the Pi SDK, we may receive information such as your Pi UID and/or Pi username, depending on the permissions you grant. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Pi account.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass security features of the app.
- Use bots/automation to generate abnormal activity or inflate metrics.
- Upload or introduce harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Misuse the Pi SDK or any third-party services integrated with the app.
5) Scores and Results
Scores/results are provided for entertainment purposes. We may modify scoring rules, reset scores, or remove suspicious results when necessary.
6) Ads/Payments (If Any)
The app may add ads or payment features in the future. Any transactions (if any) are also subject to Pi Network terms and provider policies.
7) Intellectual Property
All rights in the UI, design, and code (except third-party components) are reserved by the developer. Commercial reuse is not allowed without permission.
8) Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Errors, interruptions, or temporary data loss may occur. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
9) Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for technical, security, or regulatory reasons.
10) Third-Party Services
The app may integrate third-party services (such as Pi Network or Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective policies.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

2) Description du service
Block Blast est un jeu de divertissement accessible via navigateur. Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent nécessiter une connexion via Pi Browser en utilisant le Pi SDK.

L'application peut ajouter des publicités ou des paiements à l'avenir. Toute transaction (le cas échéant) est également soumise aux conditions de Pi Network.
7) Propriété intellectuelle
Les droits sur l'interface, le design et le code (sauf composants tiers) sont réservés au développeur. Toute réutilisation commerciale nécessite une autorisation.
8) Exclusion de responsabilité
Le service est fourni "tel quel" et "selon disponibilité". Des erreurs, interruptions ou pertes temporaires de données peuvent survenir. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects liés à l'utilisation de l'application.
9) Disponibilité, modifications et résiliation
Nous pouvons modifier, suspendre ou arrêter tout ou partie du service à tout moment, avec ou sans préavis.
10) Services tiers
L'application peut intégrer des services tiers (par ex. Pi Network, Firebase). Leur utilisation est soumise à leurs politiques.

شروط الاستخدام
1) القبول بالشروط
باستخدامك لهذا الموقع/التطبيق ("Block Blast")، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق على أي جزء منها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
2) طبيعة الخدمة
Block Blast هي لعبة ترفيهية تعمل عبر المتصفح. قد تتطلب بعض الميزات تسجيل الدخول عبر Pi Browser باستخدام Pi SDK.
3) تسجيل الدخول عبر Pi Network
عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Pi SDK قد نحصل على معلومات مثل Pi UID و/أو اسم المستخدم (username) وفق الصلاحيات (scopes) التي توافق عليها. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمن حسابك في Pi Network وعن أي نشاط يحدث عبره.
4) الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو تعطيله أو التحايل على آليات الحماية.
- استخدام أدوات آلية/بوتات لإنتاج نشاط غير طبيعي أو تضخيم الأرقام.
- رفع أو إدخال أي محتوى ضار أو مخالف للقانون عبر أي جزء من الخدمة.
- إساءة استخدام Pi SDK أو أي خدمات طرف ثالث مرتبطة بالتطبيق.
5) النقاط والنتائج
النقاط/النتائج المعروضة داخل اللعبة للاستخدام الترفيهي فقط. قد نقوم بتعديل قواعد احتساب النقاط أو إعادة ضبطها أو إزالة نتائج مخالفة عند الحاجة.
6) الإعلانات/المدفوعات (إن وُجدت)
قد يضيف التطبيق مستقبلاً ميزات مثل الإعلانات أو المدفوعات. أي معاملات (إن وُجدت) تخضع أيضاً لشروط Pi Network وسياسات مزود الخدمة.
7) الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق واجهة التطبيق والتصميم والكود (باستثناء ما يعود لطرف ثالث) محفوظة لمطوّر التطبيق. لا يجوز النسخ أو إعادة الاستخدام التجاري دون إذن.
8) إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب التوفر" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. قد تحدث أخطاء أو انقطاعات أو فقدان بيانات مؤقت. لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
9) التوفر والتعديل والإيقاف
نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إيقاف أي جزء من الخدمة مؤقتاً أو نهائياً في أي وقت، مع أو بدون إشعار، لأسباب تقنية أو أمنية أو تنظيمية.
10) الروابط والخدمات الخارجية
قد يتضمن التطبيق روابط أو تكاملات مع خدمات خارجية (مثل Pi Network أو Firebase). استخدامك لهذه الخدمات يخضع لشروطها وسياساتها.
11) الخصوصية
تُدار بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
